Here is a quick overview of the tasks I have done on this project:
- Large ground smoke plumes with burning Atat.
- Crawling electricity/plasma effect.
- Atat leg explosion, debris, smoke and shooters.
- Fire logic system that automatically generates lasers, flack bursts and explosions based on animated
ships.
Each agent attempts to shoot enemies while following a predefined fire pattern. Explosions are
simulated with
surrounding velocities to be more believable.
- Hero explosions with RBD debris, smoke shooters, fire trails, sparks, embers and shockwave layers.
- Large dirt explosion with burning tree.
- Burning crashed spaceship with adaptive domain clustering based on camera to optimize fluid
resolution for both
close up and wide shots. Fire and smoke simulations are decoupled to increase details in the fire.
- Background crowd fire logic for spaceship battles.
